Payment and Financing Options
In order to make payment options convenient for our patients, we offer several options for payment. We accept all major credit cards, ATM/debit cards, cash, and personal checks. We respectfully ask payment for your dental treatment at the time of service.

At all times, you can be confident that we will always provide you with our best services without regard to the limitations imposed by your insurable coverage. To do otherwise would not fulfill our ethical obligation to provide you with the highest standard of dental care. Your dental insurance plan is a benefit provided by your employer or private insurer. You are fully responsible for all fees charged regardless of your insurable coverage.

Your insurance carrier may reimburse you for a portion of our fee. That portion is determined based on the contract between you and your employer or you and your insurance carrier. The higher the premium paid by you (or your company), the more generous the reimbursement. We encourage you to contact your insurance carrier prior to treatment if you are concerned about the level of reimbursement they will be providing.

Although we are not a party to the contractual arrangement with your insurance company, we do want to help you receive the maximum reimbursement to which you are entitled. Please bring your insurance information (and insurance card) with you on your appointment. Our front desk personnel are very knowledgeable and up-to-date on insurance related matters.

As a convenience to you, we will help you in processing your insurance claims. We will also gladly provide dental x-rays and a written diagnostic report should your insurance company have any questions about the treatment provided. We understand there are emergency times that require special attention in regards to payment terms. Alternative financial arrangements can be discussed at your initial consultation appointment or prior to actual treatment.
